The initial phase when the customer, makes technical staff available and, using sophisticated CAD 3D/CAM software, is able to conceive and design the mathematical model for the creation
of a functional prototype.
This technology ensures that the mould is designed with a high degree of reliability, allowing the customer who requires it to quickly develop prototypes to meet technical, design and marketing requirements.


The quality of the final product is SCS's main objective: this objective is behind the entire company philosophy and guarantees full compliance with the working processes.
The preliminary operation consists of a flow simulation that is able to identify areas with higher temperatures and areas that are subjected to stress, which could cause distortions and deformations of the final product.
The results obtained from the flow analysis allow for excellent design reliability and simplicity. The study of the temperature map makes it possible to prepare suitable cooling circuits, which will ensure high productivity and excellent aesthetic and structural quality of the plastic product.
To solve the problem of wear on elements that are subjected to friction, which is caused by the repeated movements of the die, special steels are subjected to appropriate thermal treatments. The optimal finishing of the details is guaranteed by work carried out using high-precision machines and equipment.
The careful and long experience in mould assembling, with preliminary and final testing, ensure a best quality of the product in order to reach the fastest speed production cycle.
